Hip-Hop, Art, And Power

I was thinking to myself recently that HH(Hip-Hop)has come a long way in the last twenty yours.

Today,the HH Culture encompasses music,fashion, and even car design. A recent article that I read in a car magazine stated that they were designing cars based on what the Urban buyer wants to see.

So, as the new year approaches I would like to encourage my (HH heads)to take advantage of the power that the have to create and change the world we all live in for the better.

Can't choose your family

Today I will be short and brief. My topic is family.I notice that most of the time they get on your nerves but they can also be help full if you need help.

So as much as you want to get rid of them always remember that you can choose your friends but you can't choose your family.

We made it through christmas and most of us are just relaxing until the New Year.

So, Im going keep this one brief.

In about four days the money will be here and the New Year will be here.

I'm taken the next few days off so I will see you on the first.

Times Running Out

X-mas eve. and you still haven't finished that last minute shopping. I'm about to help you out.

What you do is go and get a gift card from someplace like Walgreen or Rite aid. A $25 dollar gift card is fine.

But, a $50 dollar card is better. It depends on how you rollin.

Sunday, December,23rd 2007. The stores are not as busy as I thought they would be but people are shopping. Most forgetting what the true meaning of Christmas really is.

You may be asking yourself what does Christmas have to do with Hip-Hop. Number one Jesus was black and was born without a pot to cook in.

So, when I hear someone say I don't have any money to buy this or buy that I tend to remind them that Jesus was the son of God and came to earth without much fanfare.

Let your thoughts be towards thanking God for what we do have and in case I don't hear from you Merry Christmas.
